Trae Young Family Foundation held its inaugural Bounce Up ATL Pickleball Tournament on Monday, September 23, at Painted Pickle in Atlanta and the event was a great opportunity for the community to come together.
Hundreds came out to support and play the game that is sweeping the nation. The event was sponsored by Paddletek, the Atlanta Bouncers, ApolloJets, Rockefeller Global Family Office, CAA Sports, Victory Capital and the Atlanta Hawks. Among those out to support Trae were several of his Hawks teammates.
The event featured a round-robin style tournament with prizes for the winners and also included some mixed doubles exhibition games from Trae’s MLP squad, the Atlanta Bouncers. All proceeds for the event are going be used to further the game of pickleball in underserved communities throughout Atlanta.
