It was the first of many, a home tournament for the Team Trae Young Adidas 3SSB team at Young Family Athletic Center, and they made themselves at home, winning dozens of games in dominant fashion across four age levels.
At 17U, TTY dressed two teams, a 3SSB and a 3SGB team and both teams went unbeaten. The 3SSB team picked up wins over Texas Dynamics (78-45) and Tarrant Elite (60-39). The 3SGB posted three wins, defeating San Antonio King Hoops (92-38), Team Nation East (72-48) and Team United Texas Black (72-64).
The 3SSB team at 16U also went unbeaten, beating Oklahoma Wolfpack (58-15) and Team Nation East (74-51).
Team Trae had four teams in action at 15U, and Team Trae Young Tulsa Black and Team Trae 3SGB both went unbeaten with three wins apiece. Tulsa Black defeated Team United Texas Black (68-21), Team Nation East 3SGB (62-45) and EA Hoopz (65-42). Team Trae Young Ty defeated Nitro (66-12), AOH 2028 (72-19) and Tarrant Elite (66-19). Team Trae Young Bates topped Platinum Elite (41-11), Oklahoma Wolfpack (59-36) and Team United Texas 55-43. Team Trae Young Tulsa Noah beat Oklahoma Wolfpack (56-54), Team United Texas (56-38) and AOH 2028 (50-49). Team Trae Young Tulsa Rod beat Platinum Elite (69-44), Nitro (54-43) and Tarrant Elite (46-20).
